Jennifer Del Campo
(Creative Director)
Prior to helping to develop Omega Business Coaches, Jennifer was General Manager at Brevard Computer & Technology Services, a Florida IT-Solutions company, where she successfully managed a staff of 15 techs, managers and sales executives. Jennifer holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. Jennifer is also an established body artist. She currently provides body painting, henna designs, face painting, glitter tattoos and air-brushing services for private and corportate clients. She is the Warehouse Manager of Amerikan Body Art.
Jennifer also holds a Second Degree Black Belt and is a member of the American Taekwondo Association. She has enjoyed the benefits from the martial arts and has been able to continue her friendships made over the years at Victory Martial Arts in Orlando Fl. She now lives in Melbourne Fl, with her husband of 6 years Carlos and their 2 boys.

Jim Booth
(Senior Business Development Consultant)
A native of Cocoa, Fl, Jim spent 26 years in the US Navy and retired as a Navy Captain in 1997. His previous career was as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy where he spent a total of 18 years assigned to ships or sea-going staffs. During that time, Jim commanded USS Nicholson. When not on sea duty, Jim was assigned to a variety of computer and telecommunications jobs ashore.
As Director of Information Systems for the Chief of Naval Operations, Jim was responsible for the computer networks supporting the entire CNO staff in the Pentagon. His last tour in the Navy was as Commander, Computer & Telecommunications Region, Atlantic where he had responsibility for all Navy computer and telecommunications operations in the Atlantic Fleet region. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Auburn University and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California.
After his decorated military career, he was on the winning team for a NASA IT procurement.
His goal as an independent consultant to help small to medium businesses through the entire information technology procurement/upgrade process. "My job is to protect the interests of the business owners during that process".
For eight years, Jim owned Brevard Computer & Technology Services. Brevard Computer & Technology Services, one of Central Florida’s local I.T. Solutions companies. Brevard Computer & Technology remains a leading I.T. service provider for residential and commercial clients throughout Brevard.
He successfully developed and co-hosted the Brevard Computer & Technology Show on 920WMEL. He also helped to found and develop the local Business Networking group, Brevard Business Association.
Jim lives in Viera with his wife of 35 years Linda.
Brooks Hobbs
(Graphic Design Manager)
Brooks Hobbs aka Junior, brings over 10 years of graphic design experience to the growing OMEGA family. Junior has worked for a variety of companies in the retail world and as a marketing design specialist. A native of Colorado, Junior moved to Floridia in 2005 and began to grow his clientel from companies of all sizes.
Junior was recently the Graphics Department Manager for Custom Engraving Company. As manager of our Graphics design team, Junior will be responsible for assisting business owners in developing and implementing new marketing branding and diverse graphic designs for companies of all sizes. His focus will be the management of our diverse graphics department and developing new designs for our clients.

Armando Martinez
(Small Business Development)
Armando Martinez brings 10 years of marketing and sales experience to the OMEGA family. A graduate from Miami Dade College in 2005 with a degree in Business, Armando has worked for a variety of companies in retail sector, as a marketing specialist and is also a licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Florida. He has even managed in the food industry as a Manager for Red Lobster restaurants in Melbourne, FL for 2 years. A native Floridian, Armando grew up in Miami, FL and moved to Central Florida in 2006. He now lives in Melbourne Fl, with his wife Vanessa.
Most recently he was the Sales and Marketing Manager for Custom Engraving Company, a division of Imprint Promotions, LLC specializing in retail, wholesale imprinted promotional products. As part of our Business Development team, Armando’s will be responsible for assisting business owners develop gathering, developing and implementing new marketing and sales programs for companies of all sizes. His focus will be the developmental needs and strategic growth of companies throughout Brevard County and the state of Florida.
